| Ernest E Camps – Founder |
1930 - After a chance meeting with George S. Parker, joined the Parker Pen Company as a Sales Representative for the south west suburbs of London.
|
1939 - Joined the RAF as a Flight Lieutenant for the duration of the war.
|
1945 - Returned to Parker and became Area Supervisor for the south of England.
|
1958 - Promoted to Assistant Sales Manager.
|
1966 - Retired from the Parker Pen Company after 35 years of loyal service. During this time Parker went from being an unknown brand in the UK to being a houshold name and to be branded as "The Worlds Most Wanted Pen".

1980 - Camps opened a shop and run by Michael, Shirley and David Camps offering specialist pens, repairs, stationery, gifts and cards.
